NM Galaxy Bukit Jalil 18km & 10km

After a month of puasa and just easy training. This was the first of many races that began with.
On the same day was held the Ak Balloon Run and the Energinzer night run The night before this event. Must say I improved abit on my long distance running but still needed more endurance training to prepare for longer races. I'm quite satisfied with the results as I can maintain my pace and form in running and giving a little confidence to my half marathon in the coming future. Easy training enough rest and recovery is all it takes to build a stronger body.
